Facility for Employee Master maintenance wherein the detailed history of the permanent employees working with the company can be maintained viz. education history, previous Employment history, skills history, medical history, passport status (self & family), visa status (self and family), other personal details, contact details, recent photograph etc.
Facility for Salary structure maintenance category wise (designation wise). Any change in the basic salary and/or company designation of an employee that gets recorded is linked to his employment history.
Facility for Employee evaluation maintenance through the provision for maintaining the sets of evaluation points for each employee under different skill-specific parameters and calculation of final rating.
Facility to take care of manual updating of the time-in and time-out of employees. The user can enter the details for a single employee for one full month. Also he can select the category (Designation) and update the details for all the employees for one particular day.
Facility for maintaining Shift Timings. (For e.g. at the time of Ramzaan the working timings would be different. The HR can set these timings and the system will automatically do the necessary modification in calculation of Salary).
Facility to maintain calendar of holidays. The system will make necessary checks while calculating the salaries.
The leave module will help maintain a record of all the employees on leave at any given point of time.
Facility to maintain visa details/Family visa details for each employee. The HR can use this module for driving issue and renewal of visas.
Facility to maintain Monthly expenses on each employee. The expenses can be categorized as Visa, Flight Ticket, Medical expenses, port pass, anchorage clearance etc.
Facility to maintain trainings schedules and training outcomes employee-wise, with links to employee history in case of skills upgradation.

Reports
The system is equipped with more than 30 MIS reports for analysis of employee skills, performance, costing (salaries & expenses), besides routine operational reports for payroll and HR administration.
